How big? If its over a former like a polystyrene sphere, you can use the same technique you would use to cover a bottle with beads

I guess you could use glue, or go to Michaels and buy the speres w/ holes. Find a strategy to hook lots of beads on there. Stephany Tomalin, I think I spelled her name wrong has some beadweaving books, check them out. Hpe this helps.
