i want to learn how to get a degree online for doing tattoos

Perhaps you should consider shooting higher for yourself than an on-line Tatoo art degree. If you have artistic talent and passion- perhaps you should really pursue it.

theres alot of practical things you need to do.... you cant do tattoos on people online.... if you want go to your local tattoo parlar and ask them for help with degree finding and all

You can't... most people get apprenticeships with tattoo artists... the only thing you can do is take art classes... that would help

I think there is too much practical experience required to get certified on-line. I don't think an on-line degree in "tatooloogy" would be worth much anyway :-)
