yes, it does leave a nasty scar but is fully functional. i'm ussually shy about my surgery, it was necessary due to embarrassing situations of myself fainting due to the diversion of blood supply and people hanging their coats whilst i was unconscious.

Penile reduction surgery is the medical term for male circumcision. Beyond that, I think you probably shouldn't attempt to have the penis itself reduced. It could have disasterous consequences.

I thought about this at one time because it is uncomfortable, I figured they could cut a section out of the center and rejoin it. Then possibly donate it to someone else.

No I can't maybe you could though, if they cut 2 inches off my penis, I would have a one inch hole in my groin!
