Get one of those ovulation kits at the pharmacy and track your ovulation. Then schedule your sexual activity around when you're most fertile.
Also, sometimes the more you want something the less it happens. Ease up a bit on the desperation to get pregnant.
Most people get pregnant when they are least trying.

I am not a doctor so I don't have any medical advise.. but a friend of mine is going through the same thing at the same age. Both her and her husband are normal as well. The key factors her doctor is focusing on is a healthy lifestyle (eating right, keeping healthy, working out) and not stressing about getting pregnant, and letting it happen naturally. Good luck!!

My husband and I went through 7 months of IUI (after trying to conceive for over 2 years naturally). My husband is the one with the 'issue' which was causing us to not conceive.
Even though I was 'normal' and had no issues, the doc still put me on Clomid and then later on Gonal F injections. This was to increase the number of eggs I was producing to give us a better shot of getting pregnant.
Perhaps you should talk to your doc to see about getting on a hormone pill/injection to help you produce more eggs and increase the chances of the sperm fertilizing one. Just be aware, that with hormone drugs like these, there is a higher chance for multiple births (twins is about 13% or so).
I have not gone through IVF, however IUI worked for us after 7 months (with him having these problems, which gave us little to no chance of conceiving). So it might work for you as well.
Talk to you doctor about other options.
Also, what everyone else is saying is right...try to relax and not focus on conceiving. I know that is WAY harder to do than it sounds like (I was ALWAYS focused on it). Just don't put too much pressure on yourself or on your mate...
I wish you the best of luck.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

if all your tests are proving normal. You have unexplained fertility .Their are women like this . I have a question was their a reason your doctor did not recomend IUI instead ? As not only is it cheaper but would allow more than a few cycles than ivf due to the expense . Has your doctor talked to you about building up the uterus walls to support conception ?

Could be stress. I understand your frustration (I am in the same situation) but I learned to just enjoy and it will happen. I know you get tired of people telling you this but I have to accept it and just let the Good Lord do his work. Good Luck and sending baby dust your way.

Maybe you are trying too hard and too often. Stay away from each other for about a week before you ovulate.
It takes the average couple seven months of doing this.

This is no joke.
The chances of becoming pregnant increase with the female having an orgasm at the time of ejaculation.
A 'well' is formed to collect the sperm and the contractions bring the sperm to the cervix for impregnation.
Try to achieve it by both masturbating just shy of orgasm and then welcome him in.
It worked for us.
Try it and good luck!

You can always adopt. I know there's the fact you and your partner may want a child that's your own, that's come from you but adoption isn't that bad. It's that or maybe try a surrogate mother.

I think you are not having sex every day. You may be tired or you may be bored. Since myself & my wife are of your age & we too are facing the same problem. Honestly speaking, once you cross 29 years of age, your fertility goes down.
