Depends on how desperate you are for the clothes... I would take them to your mums for washing if you run out... otherwise... leave them scattered all over the house for your wife when she returns... she will have loads of her own washing to do anyway, won't matter to her if she bungs in a few of yours too!

And while your at it.... let the dishes pile up too around the sink, if you run out, get some paper plates.

Oh, and make sure she stocks the fridge/freezer and cupboards with all of your favourite foods and beverages while she's gone.

And don't forget the sad puppy dog look and the incredulous look of hurt while she's walking out of the door, just to make her feel that extra bit guilty for the week...

Dear idiotinlondon,

While your wife is on vacation you should not take your dirty laundry to your mums house or leave it for your wife to wash when she returns. While your wife is on vacation take a few minutes, or longer if 'ya need it to read the directions on the laundry detergent container. Then open the washer door and put the correct amount of detergent in...close the door. And in a half hour to 45 minutes your clothes will be washed ! Do not put any white clothes in with the colored ones and whites are washed on hot setting and colored clothing on cold wash! Won't your wife be thrilled when she returns to see what a big boy you are??? Maybe you'll get a treat for being such a big boy...washing your own dirty, smelly clothes!Do you think you can handle that big boy,AKA : idiotinlondon?

Can't you do it yourself? While your doing that, you can do make your meals, pick up after yourself and the day she arrives have the house completely spotless as well

Come on - wear the same clothes every day or learn to use the washing machine.

I would hate to be your wife. First of all If I came back home and no wash was done I wouldn't wash your crusty clothes.

Mum`s always good for a load or two. Try taking it to a laundrette, one with a service attendant, make things much easier for you. Or you could just do the unthinkable, and learn to do it yourself.

Lol!!!!!!!! Why can't you do it yourself??!! But hey, if she's going away with her friends on holiday and leaving you behind, just leave the whole damn lot til she gets back as that will be a nice welcome home present from her loving husband....... :-)

Hmmm.

Even I know how to wash, dry, iron and fold my clothes.

Maybe it's time for you to learn?

If not, then there should be a laundromat just down from the road from you...
