Take prenatal vitamins, go to all of your prenatal care doctor's appointments, and make sure you have a very healthy diet with lots of milk and stuff from ALL of the food groups for balance. DON'T try to diet while you are pregnant. You can lose weight after the baby comes. Buy lots & lots of baby books so you can read to your baby constantly...it's great for bonding and will instill a love for learning & reading in your child. Unless you absoloutly just can't...breastfeed that baby, for as long as you can...it is THE BEST for thier health and it just the ultimate Mom child lifelong bonding experience. Good Luck.

Don't smoke, don't drink alcohol. Eat healthy foods in moderation. Be happy, and live the happiness. Really let it flow through each cell in your body. Meditate & be at peace. All is as it should be. Don't worry, be happy. Blessings to you & your baby.
