The computer at work is flat, with a type of hood over it, to insure privacy. It makes me lean forward alot. Coupled with that,I have discovered Yahoo when I am not busy at work. THEN add playing on the computer here in my home...I guess that's the problem. I took some Advil last night, and a Flexeril(muscle relaxant)this morning. I should have taken it last night..darn it. Anyway, hot baths and prayers before I go to work, today. Any other suggestions?

At home get up and walk around every 10-15 minutes and rotate your head. At work do it when ever possible. The pain is from holding your neck in a strained position to long. Hope you feel better!
