In my opinion, they are not real. First of all, the overall coloring of the "creature" seems to monotone and uniform. Nearly all amphibian creatures have fluctuation in the coloring of the scales. The same applied to human skin and animal fur. This "creature" seems to have a nose whereas amphibians get oxygen directly from water through a system of gills. In the evolutionary scale, a new life form or species does not simply evolve suddenly, it takes time. If someone were to imply this is a cross between an amphibian and human or animal, how did it happen? Did a man or a monkey have sex with a fish? That could not happen as fish don't have sex. Also, if this were real, it would have been on all the major news shows and front page on the newspapers. It is simply something someone made up. I have to run now, I have to feed my dogeagle. I mated my dog and an eagle and have a dog with wings and claws :-)

These are real pictures of an imaginary creature. Probably done up out of poured latex or similar modeling material--like they way the guys make model torsos on "Mythbusters".
People have been making fake mermaids, yeti, and other stuff for a hundred years or longer. If it were real, some University would have snatched it up and would be getting lots of news attention for the discovery of a whole new Class of creature.
P.T. Barnum "found" a dried mermaid and displayed it as a real specimen for years. (follow 1st link for picture)
More recently, "Alien Autopsy film" surfaced purporting to be real footage. Most experts agree its a well-done fake (follow 2nd link below)
Barnum (I think) once said "There's a sucker born every minute."

Looks to me like it is a sculpture of some sort. You can get a hint from the evenness of some of the surface texture.
I took a picture of a "UFO" once back in 1968 and had a UFO investigator fooled, so it's not too difficult to mock up these things. It's good for a hoot occasionally, or maybe you can sell it to a supermarket tabloid. Never stop trying. Some people will fall for anything.

Judging from the similarity between your screen name and that of the owner of the site, I'd say you have too much free time on your hands. Cebu, Philippines indeed!

It looks like plaster. I don't think it's real. It would be a little more believable if it was near water and I had heard of it before.

No, definitely fake. The body is laid out too perfectly.

somebody is pretending he sells that thing on e-bay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300006962914&indexURL=3#ebayphotohosting. if you look at other things that person sells you'll find more such strange things. it seems really weird to me but the person seems to have a really good rating on e-bay. strange.
