Sensitivity in the glans (head) is normal after orgasm; but if you are describing other than the normal then maybe there are some things to consider.

Agree with others, maybe you could let us in on what kind of activity you are doing, because this could be a factor.

Sometimes, after a more forceful than usual, or powerful ejaculation, you might be a little more seinsitive and sore afterwards; but then this too is normal.

I think the fact that the pains goes away after about 30 minutes indicates that the problem is not terribly serious; 25-30 minutes being the average amount of recovery time needed before erection can be achieved for a 2nd time, etc.

I think alot of guys if you talk with your close guy friends might also share your experience here. But if you find the pain uncomfortable ask your GP, and if in hiséher opinion there is something to look into, you will be referred to urologist.

IMHO, it is from especially forceful ejaculation.

Pain at tip of penis after intercourse

This can be caused by:

Thrush infection (candida).
Allergy to contraceptive cream or condom.

Explain your symptoms to your doctor and try to pin down the cause of the pain. You may be prescribed antibiotics for infection or creams for thrush or allergic reactions. Water-based lubricants may be helpful if lack of lubrication in your partner is the problem.

first, what type of sex you have just gone through? Anal? oral? normal sexual intercourse? because its so different though the end result is the same, that is pleasure ! if its oral, then your partner's teeth might injured your tender penis, as for anal then it might be without lubricant, if normal intercourse then it might be you are new n inexperience or just having wild/rough sex ! if its hurt again the next time then go see a doctor !

It sound like a blood pressure problem..

You might want to have it checked.

Try an ice pack on the back of your neck to help.

The pain is probably caused by your having a tight or adherent foreskin. Circumcision will cure the problem.
