Mombasa is 1st of all in Kenya. Its at the coast of Kenya so it basically offers beaches to lay and relax on while seeing and listening to the calm deep blue Indian Ocean..
I personally didnt go there but as far as what i heard from other people..its a great place to chill out and know more about the Kenyan tradition!

Mombasa is a "burn out place" the crime rate is high. the place is over it's peak. go to Zanzibar instead. many of the past employees in Zanzibar are ex Mombasa and they also told me that.

like going to that place too, but cant answer you coz i have this problem with my country s embassy. just plain not advisable, any idea.
