Your question is in astronomy, so I assume that you do not want the total number of Ford Galaxies on the surface of the planet.

There are probably more than a hundred billion (10^11) galaxies in our visible universe. Check out the site below:

A world is usually recognized as a planet, which usually resides in a universe, which itself is only part of a galaxy. So if you wanted a number, then the number would be zero, but the question is misappropriated.

This image represents an area equivalent to the area of sky covered by the head of a pin held at arms length! Imagine how many pinheads you would have to hold at arms length to complely encircle you in a ball... then multiply that number by 30,000!

That's just in the range of what we can see!

Assuming you mean galaxy chocolate bars ? then there are approximately 60million at any given time in the uk.
