Okay, I'm going to try to interpret this question. I think what you meant to ask is: is it true that if you had vaginal bleeding as an infant, you will not be able to have children as an adult?

If that's the right question, then the right answer is yes, you can have children. Some baby girls have a very small amount of bloody vaginal discharge. It's very common. It's due to the massive amounts of hormones in the baby's system, passed on from the mother. It has absolutely nothing to do with fertility later in life.

However, if you were asking if infants can have babies, then I think you obviously already knew that answer.

I would love to give you a mature sensible answer, But honestly your question./statement makes very little sense....I am answering in the hopes that my answer meets some of you needs.

Prior to puberty most girls cannot become pregnant although medically there probably is some exception.

Your ovaries begin producing eggs, which begins at puberty, this is called ovulation.

( After this if your eggs come in contact with semen from a males ejaculate you can become pregnant.)

Normally ovulaton begins between ages 10 and 14. Although there are exceptions of earlier and later.

Please get a good Biology book on reproduction. This will help you with the information you are seeking. You truly need so much information you need to study it.

It's sounds to me as if you are confused about reproduction. You might want to do a search on human reproduction. There are sites that range from the simple to the complex so you can pick one that's easy for you to understand.
