This used to happen to me when I was used to party non-stop as a freshman in college. Doesn't feel like an out-of-body experience? Like you're there but you're not there, you're just watching life pass you by?

I've also felt like I was out of place, like the things that the people were doing at the party were just not me, and I shouldn't have been there in the first place.

To rid yourself of that feeling, all you have to do is consciously make a decision to snap out of it, and make sure you don't drift back into that feeling by leaving the premises asap!
