i will never forget the image of steve irwin talking to the camera while sharks were in a feeding frenzy all around him while he stood in the water...the guy was a crazy kook but he was fascinating, funny and very entertaining...i kind of felt one day his luck would run out the way he took risks dealing with wildlife but i would never have guessed it would take a stingray to be the culprit....my condolences to his friends and family....he was one of a kind and his legacy will continue as his shows run on animal planet

Yeah, it does make you question who is in charge when the good get killed and the evil lurks around and never seems to go away - but he did live his life the way he wanted and he seemed to have it all for a while with his job and his family. We have to remember what's important in life and that it's worth taking the odd risk as you never know what's round the corner.
One of my good friends died in her twenties, she was one of the kindest people I met and she always said you have to live your life now because you could get hit by a bus tomorrow. I always try to live like that because we can't control stuff life that, and it's not a fair system we're all in, so it could be any one of us.
Steve Irwin seemed like a top bloke though, and really put his heart and soul into life, so his family have a lot to remember him for and be proud of. He was a world famous figure and loved by us all.

Yes, I was shocked when I turned on the TV this morning. Well, can't say I was "shocked", because what he did was a dangerous profession for obvious reasons, but it is still very sad. He had a great heart and personality. He loved his family, that's for sure. And he loved teaching people about animals and wildlife conversation.
RIP, Steve

Because this is life. And in Steve's life you must remember he spend the majority of his doing what he loved, even though he put his life in danger everyday. It was an enevitability really. He was hardly gonna die of old age now was he? But I'm still suprised it was so soon...

I'd be glad to see the child molesters all drop simultaneously of some horrible disease or bullet.
But when you do the kinds of things the Croc Hunter does, that's the risk you take.

again in straightforward college, a lady i replaced into kinda-sorta friends with died on the interior sight swimming pool. No, she did not drown; she had an undiagnosed heart situation referred to as lengthy QT syndrome. actually what handed off is that once relax wreck, she jumped again into the pool. The surprising transition from warm to chilly made her heart end and she or he died. She replaced into 8 years previous. i replaced into 11 or 12 on the time.

This is sad. He was very inspirational to a lot of folks. Such passion for animals, family, and fans. It stinks, it just stinks- They better do some kind of tribute to him.
