What do you mean by 'poor'? No money? No material goods? All smoke and mirrors, darling ...
You can by as rich as Bill Gates but if you cannot appreciate the simple things in life which cannot be bought, like true friendship, then it doesn't do you any good at all. True friends are priceless.

Certainly not, the theory of eugenics is rightly dismissed.
Where you are born is where you is, but not necessarily what you become. Not evryone born into comfortable finace or huge inherited wealth and titles (however osme who are end up poor, and vice versa).
Good genes enable generations to survive various hardships e.g. the Potato famine, lack of work in rural Uk during Industrial revoluntion, the horribel industrial working conditions in factories fo that era etc.
The poverty cycle is a complex issue to discuss in short, l;ooking at lifechances etc. However you could always read one of those revsion or summary sociology books.
What you should worry about is those (from any background) poor of soul, orality, compassion, intelligence, and love.

Poverty is a cycle that is difficult to break, but it can be done. Genes have nothing to do with it unless a birth defect results in some type of mental disorder. Breaking the cycle is not easy. If you are the product of an environment where welfare and minimum wage jobs are the norm rather than the exception it is hard to expect anything else. There are definitely far more obstacles for children born in to poverty to overcome, but they can overcome them. It is easy to find someone or something to blame and that is the first obstacle they must overcome. They must be taught to take responsibility for themselves and not rely on government programs. They need role models and responsible people to teach them. The Public Schools, Churches and Civic Organizations could be doing more to provide programs and guidance in the area of business and the art's. We had a program in our church that gave a group of 12 kids living in households at or below the National Poverty Level $500 each school year. Advisors met with them, but ultimately the kids decided what they would do with the money in an attempt to double the money by May of the next year. They elected a C.E.O., President, Vice President, Treasurer and Sectretary from among themselves. They were required to submit a business plan and maintain accounting records. One year the kids decided on opening a flea market booth and sell electronic items like car speakers, radios, and portable radios. They met with a local wholesaler and worked out a plan whereas they would purchase products on Friday eveings and stock their booth on Saturdays. We only allowed them to operate the booth on Saturday. These kids turned a $500 investment into $800 the first week. They took the $800 and invested it in more merchandise the second week and each week thereafter they did the same for 29 weeks. Ten Saturdays out of the school year they were required to attend meetings such as Inspirational Speaker Seminars, Business Seminars, Franchise Conventions, Museum of Arts and Science, etc. In May when they closed out their books they had averaged a 37% profit each week. The first four weeks after they paid their rent they had doubled the money. Not only were they shocked the advisors were also shocked. The $1000 bonus they were given for meeting their goal of doubling the original investment paled next to the profit they had made. Three of that original 12 went on to finish college, 2 now own small busness' and 4 others are members of Trade Unions such as Pipefitters, Plummers and Electrician. They only needed to know that someone had confidence in them and be shown what is possible. There is a saying "Teach them to fish instead of giving them a fish" I think it should be carried one step further also teach them how to sell the fish they catch for that is where the real money is. People like Jesse Jackson want money thrown at welfare programs in the form of welfare checks and that does not work. I believe Jesse Jackson is aware the programs are failures, but by keeping a race of people on welfare guarantees him a job.

I hope you are not truly serious with this question. Poor people are poor mostly because they are born into a poor family. Thus, they have less chances of getting a good education because they have to work through their childhood or because they don't have proper family surroundings. They can't get highly qualified jobs or insert themselves in the upper sectors of society because they simply don't manage the codes.

No they are pool because of inequality in the system that favours the rich over the poor, and becuase of the fact that people on the whole are greddy and materialistic and only care about themselves. It sounds harsh but I think it is true unfortunately and it is because of this that those of us who recognise this inequality should fight against it

it variety of feels you have already hit on some possible motives-- genetics and dental care. different possible motives are nutrition regimen (candies and meals that get caught in tooth easily and decay) and undesirable on a daily basis brushing behavior. My terrific wager, without formal medical or dental training in any respect, and having not considered her tooth myself nor understanding her tale, is that she has had undesirable on a daily basis dental hygiene behavior for an prolonged time and has suffered gingivitis and the tooth decay. perhaps in case you talked to her somewhat, you may desire to get a extra suited sense of her existence and way of existence and that would ease your interest or maybe your sympathetic emotions.

Definitely -- our ancestors on the African savannah definitely knew that someday, millions of years later, people with bad genes wouldn't be able to afford to eat at Macdonalds.

nothing to do with genes, maybe if they were mentally challenged or something like that. its just like a race of car. it first depends with
1- what you start with ie what engine ie inheritence or nothing
2- how you build your life from scratch or inheritence ie racing techniques strategy
3- learn from mistakes and keep on going not bieng stuck ie dont give up in your goals ie recover from accidents
4- finish the race ie die
