Very hard to understand your question with all those abbreviations. Do consider to make the question with full words, and to add what does not fit as an extension.

I suppose you mean dark matter. It does not really have much to do with black holes, actuallt. Black holes are extremely massive compact objects where gravity got the last word, i.e. gravity is so strong that even light cannot escape, or in other word, one would have to travel at faster than light speed just to remain in orbit. Black holes can be formed during the collapse of a stellar core left over after a supernova, or may have been created shortly after the bigbang.

Dark matter, which is stiil to be identified, is a way to account for the odd behavior of galaxies, which behave like they weighted a lot more (like 5 to 10 times, but upward of 1000 for some distant galaxies) what their visible mass is (visible mass is the sum of the mass of the stars, based on luminosoty and star type distribution, plus all the gas in a galaxy which can be estimated using radio telescope -- as that gas radiates in such frequencies).
