List of Processor that have SSE3 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SSE3 )
- AMD:
-- Athlon 64 (since Venice Stepping E3 and San Diego Stepping E4)
-- Athlon 64 X2
-- Athlon 64 FX (since San Diego Stepping E4)
-- Opteron (since Stepping E4)
-- Sempron (since Palermo Stepping E3)
-- Turion 64
- Intel:
-- Celeron D
-- Pentium 4 (since Prescott)
-- Pentium D
-- Intel Core
-- Intel Core 2
-- Xeon (since Nocona)
- VIA/Centaur:
-- C7
-- Transmeta
-- Efficeon TM88xx (NOT Model Numbers TM86xx)

Ahh.. ok, you have listed a useful info. Your CPU is a Intel Celeron, that means you don't have SSE3. (Note that Celeron D, which have SSE3 is different from Celeron)

go to start > run > type "DXDIAG"

and it will tell you under the processor.

Celeron processors do not have it, they only support up to SSE2. The newer Celeron D chips do have SSE3
