It's an arbitrary way of saying the person leaving the feedback is happy. Since we all generally know A+ from school the assumption is, for some reason, that by adding a lot of extra "+"s it makes the person that much better.

This is away some people rate the service they have received..
IE... they purchased an item from the seller, and if it was quickly delivered , well packed and in excellent condition then the buyer would leave feedback for it ... some people cant think of things to wright, so leaving feedback as A++++++ means all was good!!!

It means the buyer/seller is very satisfied with the transaction. A lot of Ebay users are unsure of what to write in feedback and feel that such a high grade will do.

It technically just means somebody who has exceeded an acceptable standard required of a seller, as their performance is thought of even better or more efficient. Usually overused, in many circumstances just because the buyer had had a positive experience.

In UK, exam results are graded A - E. To achieve A+ is higher than a plain A grade - meaning you are the best of the best.

I can only assume by your unfamiliarity and lack of understanding of what 'A+' means, that you never achieved such a grade at school.
Actually, just by the fact you had to ask this question tells me everything I need to know about your intelligence. You are, my friend, a first class, A+++++ Idiot.
