I usually open my music file and start a playlist. I have the music I like on the pc so I have access to it whenever I want. I can make it last for 15 mins or 10 hours..LOL

I used to listen to radio a lot when I was a teenager and I used to check out for new songs from radio too. But now I don't have time to listen to radio, sometimes I would just turn on to music tv stations and check out for good songs. I miss those years when I can always listen to the radio as much as I like.

Honestly, our local radio stations here in South Africa are pathetic. You get a choice between kitsch ol' Celine Dion / Adele / Afrikaans music on one station, bad house and TERRIBLE generic rock on another and then all the billboard stuff on the most popular station. It pisses me off, so I really just avoid it. I've got an iPod and use it. If I were to listen to the radio though, I'd probably listen to the Talk station or the Jazz one. I usually find new music in strange ways, from books or influences of artists I like, or from CD's my wonderful friends give me. BA: It's over! Yusss.... I had to do so much painting at school that my hands are ineffective for any other purpose now. Yours? BA2: I love my Churchill China bedspread. Love you too :P No problem.

I never watch MTVs, except the odd one or two every year or so. I dont' really listen to the radio either, except when I'm in the car. When I'm at home I listen to music from my laptop, and when I go out I don't listen to any (no ipods or mp3)

I usually turn on my favorite radio station while I'm sitting at the pc and I always listen to it in the car. On the tv I usually listen to the music channel-(No commercials) Very rare do I watch the videos-When I was in my early 20's MTV came out and I loved it-but now they have so many stupid shows on all the music stations that I refuse to watch. Thanks! =D

I only use the pc or my cd player to access radio/music. Either my own stuff on windows media, or yahoo radio or bbc 2. If I'm in the car, it is radio again. Mp3 player on trains.

There is something so nice about listening to the radio. 50% of the time I would choose it over MTV or the like. Simply because you can close your eyes and relax, and not be clued, zombie-style, to all those flashy moving pictures.
