It is the only non-compilation Dylan album not released on CD in the North American market, but was released on CD under its original title for the Japanese market and as A Fool Such as I in the UK/European market.
"A fool such as I" is available from amazon.co.uk marketplace but is a whopping £85.

You can get it on Ebay - it comes up evey once in a while. Sometimes it can reach £80-90 - but I think the cheapest I've seen it sell for is £30-£40.
