There are some small, very small, insects in my backyard. You can guarantee I can take photos of them every day. But, I have no idea what they are and I can't find any information about them.

They are like I said, very small. I have seen one bigger one before but not since. They look like wood, with two long antenae looking things at the back (on the rear that stick up in the air when you go near them) and as far as I can tell, they move backyards, forwards and side to side. They have six legs that I can see. It's rare for me to get a photo of their heads as they turn around straight away.

I have a picture but not sure if I should share it. I'm located in South East Queensland, Australia, if that helps at all and they are generally found on green leaves of all sorts.

I'd also say it's about 5mm in body length

Earwigs or silverfish.

Earwigs are brown

Silverfish are gray or brown.
