I would really tell you to get them pluck - in the end they look so much nicer then plucking

Threading is only available in select areas and can really create a great look with a full set of eyebrows.
The procedure is less painful than waxing or plucking, but takes a ton longer. Threading also costs much more than a basic waxing.
If you have any appeal towards the Indian look of eyebrows, then I'd go for threading hands down.

thread is cleaner. pluck is to give the brows a shape. if your eye brow is bushy but there is a shape why not try threading?
price
threading - $10
( take a trip down little india or level 3 at peninsula plaza opposite suntec city MRT)
pluck & shave - $10-$20 (try hollywood secret , i find it quite good)

Try waxing. Maybe consider having them done professionally the first time. It is then easier to maintain.
