These tremblings are uncontrollable but they come not just because am feeling cold or sortof.what could be da reason for this?

This trembling or shaking is due to increased levels of adrenaline harmone. It is an emergency harmone which provides extra energy to an animal in times of danger or stress, by converting glycogen into glucose in liver and amino acids break down. This raises the blood sugar levels which help the animal to 'fight or flight'.
I would recommend that you should try relaxing a little, think about something less exciting for a moment and then get back to you job.
