If we assume that one person was assigned to each stage, then it looks like it would take about 230 people to make one lightbulb.

The people who work in the factories make a LOT of light bulbs. But the best way to tell is to look at the price of the bulb. If you sell the bulb for a dollar, and call ten dollars an hour an average wage, then everyone who made the bulb and brought it to you spent collectively no more than a tenth of an hour (6 minutes) on that bulb, even if the materials were free.
