push myself to believe that there are better times ahead. life hasn't ended. there is more to look forward to which will bring the smile back to my face. do some frivolous stuff which i didn't have time for earlier. get back into the groove & tackle the next problem!

Get away from the place where u think u feel sad.U must talk to your close friend or anyone u know.Talking over things reduces frustration. If u get angry with anyone (genuin anger) show your anger openly. Be bold and do not care others who make u feel frustrated . The time will heal the sadness from u .Or if u feel just sad always u should go and see a doctor.Due to weekness will also make u feel frustrated and sad.

I try to find out the cause of sadness. If i couldn't find the why, i walk. If i can't walk I call one of my friend who cheers me up. If he is not available I log in to Internet and find some interesting article. finding beautiful paintings and...

since happiness and sadness are relative term. so when i am sad i think my limit of sadness is increasing hence i should get more happiness in future.

i cry until & unless i feel that my pain\sadness is released, later i maintain to be silent ,to hear my inner voice which helps me feel better so that i forget it
