Please I need your help....I'm doing a Web page on this theme, and the theme is really...hard for me to understand pls....i need your help....

The "underground economy" generally refers to people who work "off the books" - not paying taxes on income earned, not passing along sales tax on products sold, etc. Moving up from that to the mainstream economy means going legal - paying taxes, getting a business license (if needed), etc.

I would guess it means going from the fringes of society to become a contributing part of "normal" society. Like maybe going from one who lives, works, etc. outside of their communities economy, like a criminal, to one who is a contributing member of society or your community, like say a lawyer. Though I'm not quite sure about exactly what the question is trying to say. (part about "(school & backyard)" seems out of context).
