People just want to believe so. In my view, i think and know it is not. I mean noo one has ever died due to a lack of sex but people have died due to a havin too much with so many people they dont even know ie unprotected or whatever and have gt dzzes like HiV leading to death. So my friend the answer is No sex is nt essential for men or women or whatever. It is something two people who love each other should enjoy n nt something as a necccesity for life

C, i read it in vinci code ,tat sex makes a man complete by gettin nurutre from the sacred feminin & doing sex nowadays is concedered neg. but r ancestors believed it 2 b essential to attain god & feel him.Till today many secret societies do sex rites .Go to sum religious library & read about priory de sion(an org. made about 97 yrs. ago which worships d sacred goddes of fertility)tat might help u.

it is not essential we can live without it but the urge and desire to have it is just as "essential" for men as it is for women.. i think men underestimate womens sex drives

noooooooooo guys dont have to have sex i use to belive when i was younger that is was but sex is just something the world does for no reason and people have been doing it for centries to create kids not for fun so i think it is upto you but i say no i am 20 and still a virgin and i have survived and in good health no diseases.. bless you
