The truth is the important criteria. The price for dishonesty is too great to contemplate. Rather loose the job than land the job under false pretenses. However if the problem is one of CV writing and the essential skills do not require writing skills then it does not hurt to have the CV written by professionals. Let the truth come out during the interview.
