Yes, there are a lot of alien answers. I do very much agree. No one seems to empathize any more - this could be a new way to coordinate.. Have some empathy for your fellow Yahoo colleague.

Pay more attention to the answer and idea of each other, may it can be helpful for understanding each other somehow and then sometimes follow some of each other idea, but it has no meaning to attach to each other.
