Just let her know that you have a so many emails to take care of and many of them are duplicates of what she is sending. Let her know that you appreciate her thoughtfulness but that you are asking many of your friends to let up on the non-important or non-informative emails so that you can take care of the more personal ones. Something super polite!! Maybe be an example and send her one email a day just saying something personal and nice to her.

Make up a 'Standard Reply', stating that you no longer receive such items, due to the amount of those type of emails....
If they continue, confront them politely, asking them not to send such items.
Three strikes, you're out!--- If they continue, block all their email. If it is a workplace issue, go higher up the chain.
Bottom line: You should control what you want NOT sent.. NO QUESTIONS, NO ARGUMENTS....

If this is someone you work with, tell her that if she does not stop, you will have to forward them to her boss with a request that she be told to stop. Tell her "that's the only thing I can think of if you will not stop voluntarily." She certainly ought to get the point without having to involve her boss.

I wouldn't recommend as setting her as spam or won't receive anything from her.
Nothing for it. Just be honest and explain that you don't have the time to read them.

Ask her to please only send you work related emails as she fills up your inbox.
PS: If you block her as SPAM you will not receive anything from her. So I don't suggest this.
