I was sleeping naked and I lift my head and look over and my bf had a banana in his hand and it he was in the position as if he was about to stick it up my buttocks. I looked at him and he just threw the banana and ran out of the room. Wow, so I chased him. We were in the restroom and I asked him why he did it and he told me he didn't know but please don't take me to jail. I told him I wouldn't but when I turned around and looked behind me AGAIN and he had ANOTHER and it was by my buttocks. I'm guessing that was in his pockets. He said it's a symbol for something. Is this rape?

can you prove that he did it? that will be the question they ask. Banana DNA can't be used in a court of law.

Not just yet - if he had actually penetrated you without your consent, then it would be classified with rape. This story concerns me as even after you had confronted your boyfriend on the matter, he chose to try and do it again. I personally would let someone else (who is an objective observer know...just in case anything ever goes further..) but I would also pursue the following with him:
a) Be really clear that you are not comfortable with his behaviour.
b) Ask him to explain his actions in an effort to help you understand his behaviour.
c)If it is a symbol then discuss with him what he means by it.
BUT if he can't speak openly with you about these things then he ovbiously lacks the sensitivity and maturity to be in a sexual relationship with you - dump him!!!

No, If ur BF wants to do some advanture but with ur consent its OK otherwise u can report a abuse. PL do not sleep naked some day u will be in trouble especially if u have this kind of freek sleeping around u.

Hi Crazy Time, If he would of gotten the banana up your BUTT and started his dirty movements with that banana, with out you telling him to do this,and told him to stop and he didn't.Yes this is a form of rape and he will go to prison for something like this. If i was you,I would KICK IS A S S TO THE HUB,and move on with your life.There just to many weird people out there when it comes to sex.Be careful in who you pick for a B.F. or mate.

Why did he say don't take him to jail, has this happened before maybe with someone else?
Being unsure of the law where you live, I don't know if this is classes as rape as you don't know if anything went on. Would you want to have the police looking up your backside "in case" anything went on?
Make it clear to your boyfriend that this is not accpetable behaviour and you don't want him to even consider it ever again. For all you know, he may have done this several times before.
You may need to show him the door!

Why was he in your house anyway? If he wasn't supposed to be there you could get him for illegal entry. If it was OK for him to be there what's up with the banana?

You cant get him for rape unless he forces you to have sex. However you should be able to file sexual assault charges against him. If he is trying to do things like that you, I suggest you show him the door and find a new man.

This is not rape.
If this seriously happened it's probably a good idea to break up with him though. This is weird behavior and who knows what he'd do one day if not stopped.
