Why so you have to buy her anything? Try doing something that involves a little effort. If she has kids, offer to watch them for the day so she can do whatever she wants. If she works outside the home, cook her a full meal and drop it off. Wash her car, mow her lawn, the list is only limited by your imagination.

impossible to have everything. I would write a personal card and tell this woman how important they are to you. I would say thanks for the love, support, and guidance and positive role model. Start with that and give them a big hug and it will go a long way. Possibly get a little emotional, but they will be tears of joy.

Then do something special or romamtic together, you know her better than anyone else so you should know what you can do. You don't need to buy her gift when you could do something special for her. For example you could go hiking and then have a picnic, you could walk along alone one a white beach on a private island etc.

Why think material things??????? Is it necessary for her to have these material things? If you really wanna know whats nice for her.. try doing something out of the norm. Like treat her with massages or just spend spend Quality time with her... That will do it dont you think? Those quality moments that you do share with her will last a life time. It's PRICELESS.. If she always wants material things for a gift than she got issues.

Why to buy something? Give her some surprise - like a candle light dinner at a very unique place! Play her fav music! sing for her(at least try!) or cook for her!

GIFT CARDS! My favorite are sephora.com, gloss.com, drugstore.com, walgreens, Anntaylor loft.
A chocolate cell phone would be nice. Or if she's got prepaid buy her a minute card. Thigns you can't do without food (groceries) and cellphone minutes!
