Men and women are both susceptible to breast cancer, although men have a lesser risk of forming the disease. Our nipples form before our genital organs form when we are in our mothers belly. Men have breast tissue also, its just not as prominent as women. But if a man is overweight, you might notice that he has "man boobs". So yes, it is possible. Treatment would be the same, I would suppose, removal of breast tissue, chemo, radiation, etc.
