Make flash cards asking yourself questions then go through them till you can nail them all. Put the ones you get wrong to the side and cycle through them again.
Of course this only works with subjects that can be easily broken down into smaller questions. I couldn't really imagine this working for a decent history degree. But it's probably very effective for a medical course. And might be useful for some parts of an economics degree.

for studying u need total concentration.no tv no internet nothing. u need to prepare a good schedule with more time dedicted to your studies. i know u can do it only if u have a strong will power.
and remember -"where there is will there is a way".
take all your eat stuffs and water and other stuff in your room and study in confidence that u can do it. Don't even move from your study place , even if you have ur cousins , friends and other people coming to our place. and have faith in your self always.
now if you have that will in you .... then just close your computer and start preparing for your first exam. alright? no need to get worried and start learning from the text book first it will help u alot.

I study best at a library. I don't study well with a TV or a radio on. That's BAD studying for me. I usually use a lot of repetitive techniques but it's the environment that matters the most to me. I pay better attention when I'm not distracted.

There is no mention of which exam you want to study. If concentration is that troubling, some mind training will be useful such praticing yoga, meditation and also prayers for helpful supernatural powers.

First of all, make a deep breath, relax, and smile...this is true because it will make the burden lighter for you.
SEcond, maybe find an inspiration, a crush, an admirer,or a boyfriend, friend or God himself.
Third, find a place that gives you an athmosphere of total peace. It doesn't have to be silent. There's a difference between peace and silence..
break a leg!
