Both things have happened in the comics.
Spider-man did die in the Other
Superman has been blinded in a number of different issues of Superman or Action Comics. Superman relies on his other senses or is assisted by others to deal with situations where he is unable to see or is unable to rely on his sense of sight due to other manipulations.

Here is some information about the Other with Spider-man

The Other
Main article: Spider-Man: The Other
In the 12-part 2005 story "The Other," which spans the three main Spider-Man titles, Spider-Man is cursed, killed by Morlun, and undergoes a transformation that evolves his powers (see below), further connects him to the spider totem and lays the foundation for further developments. After his return, Tony Stark makes him a new costume.

Spider-man also dies in the series Marvel Zombies, where he becomes a zombie. Marvel Zombies is a Marvel Comics miniseries about an alternate version of the regular Marvel comics world in which almost all of the superheroes and supervillans have become flesh-eating zombies. The series was written by Robert Kirkman and drawn by Sean Phillips, with painted covers by Arthur Suydam. The title "Marvel Zombies" is a play on the pejorative term used for Marvel Comics fans.

Spider-Man Dies?

Well, in "The Other" story line he did, mutated and came back. Also with Spider Girl getting a restart after issue 100 well you can see where that would go.

Superman Blinded?

Well Krypto would get more story time that is for sure. Most likely some story line involving Hank Henshaw, The Cyborg, to make him grow Superman new eyes or some such.

Well even if superman goes blind he still has his other powers and his very good hearing will come in handy. As for Spiderman, well it will be a tragic loss.

If Spider-Man dies, then I will be completely devastated as well as the rest of the world to mourn the loss of one of Marvel Comics' greatest superheroes.

If Superman goes blind, then he will still have his superpowers and the love of the world and Lois Lane on his shoulders.

There is no true death in Marvel. Spidy should not die but if he does then Joker would take over the world. If superman goes blind, Lois can lead him by hand...or Lex Luther can.

No. i've got basically had a pair of blind dates & did not like the adult males in any respect. to boot, I prefer to appreciate somebody as friends in the previous relationship. Then i could understand if we've something in common & if we've comparable values. seems just about indecent to bypass out with somebody i don't understand in any respect. additionally, it variety of feels like a decide to the chum, like she & her boyfriend won't be able to bypass out until they arrive across a date for somebody who's traveling. Then i could be caught with an prolonged-distance relationship or with not something in any respect. it rather isn't the form of style that i love to do.
