What will do to dont be hesitate in the tournament in archery?Can u give me some advices 2 improve my skill?

My tournament is getting near. When in contests, i really hesitate! its my 1st archery tournament. What will i do to dont be hesitate... My tournament is getting closer and closer. Can you give me also some tips to improve my archery skill for a begginer like me. Thank you very much!!!!

Breathe draw and do it on count. Takes practice but once you get the rhythm down you will improve and there is no contest. Just a target.
