No, you can't keep everything bottle up inside or else one of these days you're going to explode. You should find a way to release those emotions in a positive constructive way.

NO! Some people may have a hard time of opening up to others. I feel that the best thing anyone can do is find someone they can trust maybe a close friend or relative or maybe keeping an online diary or journal that you can share with others. Maybe other's people prospective can help you out.. its a method u can use . The more you keep in the more you will stress out. If you actually talk about you feelings you will definetly feel better!!

I don't think so. I think the way we channel our emotions has something to do with why we get depressed and have to be on anti-depressants. If I could learn how to channel my emotions I believe I could even be able to get off of High Blood Pressure Medication. This is just a speculation. I have not researched this enough. Please watch for this question I will ask this one in the health section. It seems that people with High Blood Pressure problems also have a tendency to have anxiety and stress related problems. When someone tells me they have nerve problems I always ask if they have High Blood Pressure. A lot of the time they do if they are over 30. I think this is more than just coincidence.

No, because they build up & build up, then you end up blowing up like a volcano at the slightest thing & taking it out on people who don't deserve it. It can even make you sick down the track... I also think that if you bottle one emotion, you don't feel the rest as much, if you bottle your sadness your going to bottle maybe a bit of happiness aswell, because your just not in touch with yourself. Let those emotions out.

No, if you continue to do that sooner or later you could suffer an emotional breakdown. It is always better to vent out your emotions in a safe way. For example you could "cry your eyes out", vent out anger on a punching bag, hug a stuffed animal ::hard:: to help release your emotions. Find a way to vent that doesn't harm yourself or others... It is only bad when you vent out emotions by lashing out at others or yourself.

No. Keeping your emotions bottled up inside, can cause you mental and physical problems. I am not telling you to go out and scream at every body or go over board. But you really need to let your feelings out. keeping them inside is not healthy. We all need to express ourselves.

No! Why do you want to do so when expressing your own emotion is one of the human rights!

No, definitely not... But if you don't feel you can talk about your feelings with anyone then write them down in a book...
