yes. if you make an effort to lose the pounds you gain during pregancy, you will lose it. don't be like those people who give up on themselves after having a kid.

Being pregnant is the most wonderful thing to experience. I loved being pregnant!! I loved people looking at me, asking how far along I was, if I was having a boy or girl, which I would say I was having twin girls. After I got over the morning/evening sickness, my pregnancy was just fine. My twins were constantly moving around in me, kicking, I could feel bubbles all over my tummy. I loved being big, well as big as I could get. I am 5'2" and weighed 120 before I was pregnant and 138 at delivery. I did not go the full 40 weeks, my twins came at 32 weeks. I am sure I would have gained at least 10 more lbs if I had even made it to 38 weeks, which is where my OB wanted to delivery anyway. So, physically, being pregnant was the most amazing experience. Women should be proud that we are the only ones who can conceive, carry and deliver a beautiful baby into this world. Hope this helps you.. :-)

Yeah. Remember, all those muscles and stuff will be loose from being stretched by the baby. But that's just right afterward. The muscles go back pretty quickly, and then all you have is a small layer of fat, which might be a bit unsightly. But if you're fit in the first place, it isn't anything a few situps won't fix. Heck, look at Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine from Star Trek: Voyager). She's had at least one child (I don't know about since) and no cosmetic surgery. She looks pretty hot for a mom.

its the way you take care of it you should rub you stomach with oil even when you are carrying and after use a band and keep it around the stomach and it should be flat and okay and always the oil or cream cause the skin is strecty and make marks and the band will help with keeping the skin in tact

You can get your flat stomach back, gentle exercise for the first 6 weeks and then you should be able to increase the exercise regime, breast feeding can assist with this as it helps the womb cantract.
Good luck with finding the time.

It will take your body a while to bounce back... Don't expect to wake up the day after giving birth to a flat tummy cause it just ain't gonna happen... It takes good eating and exercise to get it back into shape...

Yes you can but after few months of delivery because you to consider the stitches you have and not doing anything to detach it. Do it slowly as possible at the 1st - 4th times. Trying to balance your body and don't overdo it ok. Hope I helped you.
