are ferrets illegal or legal in new york, new york manhattan.Also what kind of breed of ferrets are there. example: albino

Yes, New York City has a ban on ferrets. And their are no breeds of ferrets just different colors and markings.

to the best of my knowledge, ferrets are illegal in new york city and the whole state of california. Not the whole state of new york, just nyc,ny. Marshall- who are breeders of ferrets are from upstate new york. I'm not sure about the breeds.
