what kind of pain it is, (sharp, burning, stabbing) or if it radiates anywhere are some helpful clues as to what the pain could be. Does it hurt when you take a deep breath? Does your arm or jaw hurt? The abdomen is a very difficult area to diagnose because there are so many possiblities as to what could be wrong. So, unfortunately the only definitive answer would be to see a doctor.

It could definitely be trapped wind...it can be excrutiating. Try taking an alka seltzer - you'll know within minutes if its wind because you'll start burping and farting like a trooper and soon after the pain will ease a little.

When on computer do you lean your body on your desk, if so you could have trapped a nerve, or simply pulled a muscle by leaning for a period of time.
Or,,,simply wind,,,,(if so buy a kite) !!
