i delivereda baby boy 18 mths back it was a normal delivery but after that my stomach started sagging even now it is sagging can u tell me what to do as ia m getting worried?

It's natural after child birth because of the expansion of your stomach and extra fat to support your child, but your child no longer needs support from your body so the excess nutrients for your child aren't there anymore. If you simply exercise and eat healthily, the sagging will go away and become muscle and flatter rather than sagging.

Hallo, I think this is your first baby right. This becouse you have not followed some instructions which is nacessary immedaitely after delivery upto 3 months. Also you have not applied cream before delivery which protect sagiing of stomuch after delivery.
OK consult some specilist to get solution to this problem & donot repeat in your second delivery.

if you want a natural way to make it firm again you can go tho the gym and work that out. it takes time before you see the results but if you want a faster way, you can go surgical processes. that's too expensive!

Don't worry! consult your doctor if you can wear an abdominal belt. A corset will be perfect or you can wear high waist tight-fitting panties.

FIRST OF ALL I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO CUT YOUR DIET BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO FEED YOUR BABY. BUT I ADVISE FOR MORNING WALK DAILY AT LEAST FOR 40 MINUTES. DO NOT DRINK COLD WATER.
