GOAL SHOULD NOT BE MAKING MEMBERS BUT DOING SOMETHING USEFUL
PROMOTE A GOOD PRODUCT PREFERABLY HEALTH OR CONSUMER GOOD WHERE MIDDLEMEN MARGIN ARE CUT OF AND BOTH BENEFIT
