Vincent Cassel isn't dancing, he is acrobatically dodging lasers while doing a heist. The track in question is EXTREMELY hard to find , I loved it hence spent ages looking for it

Its called "The a la menthe" -Mint Tea in english and by an artist called Kikkifurie.
