If meaning threatening to wipe Israel off the face of the earth is good. If saying there was no Holocaust good. If denying access to Iran's Nuclear program good. If training people to strap on bombs and blow people up good.
Then , he is a very good Man, in very bad way.

Ahmadienejad is an unknown quantity. He says things which sound pretty ridiculous (Much like George W. Bush) but he's no real threat to anybody.
