That's a tricky question. Jesus was crucified for "claiming to be God". Although he was accused of Blasphemy, it could be argued that he never actually claimed to "be" the "totality" of God but rather the "son" of God. Furthermore, in all attempts to goad him into "saying" this, Jesus refused to do so, instead turning the questions around onto the accusers.

Since Blasphemy is what he was accused of, it could be said that in a technical sense he was not "guilty" of what he was "charged" with.

After further research, I'm seeing that the question of what Jesus was actually "charged" with is controversial. According to the gospels, Jesus was accused of blasphemy. Secular historians seem to suspect that this is inaccurate, and that jesus was actually accused of sedition:

The evidence seems pretty strong that he was in fact accused of sedition, and furthermore that he knowingly performed a number of seditious acts. (See link above for details.)

Therefore, I would conclude that he was in fact guilty as charged.

Yes, I read that Jesus did rob the convenient store. He held up 7/11 with a gun and robbed it of 42.37.

Perhaps according to the law of the land he was, but according to the laws of God he was not.
