I do not agree that Shewag is consistent with his batting. He has failed in his batting on many occasions. If he is consistent, India would have won many more matches, as he is a match winner.
He himself has admitted that he is trying his best to be consistent in his batting.

He has never consistent in his batting he is the most luckiest and unconsistent batsman.

because he did not complicate matters with techniques, methods, others' opinions etc. He knows only one thing- the basic- it is the bowlers job to throw the ball at him and it is his job to slam the ball as hard as he can.

like srikkanth sehwag is a positive stroke maker.he plays positive cricket and doesn't play for the gallery or the selectors.having said that i would add that he is very gifted
