you want to give sperm the best odds. So at the limit, deep penetration, and guy on top, are a bit better. But in practice it apparently makes little difference, maybe 5 percent, maybe not even that.
the same for boy vs girl: as male sperm is faster (it has less weight in the head, but the same engine) it swims a bit faster on average. So on average it tends to get there sooner. So if there's an egg ready and waiting, the chance of a boy will be a bit higher. And if intercourse was less deep and / or woman on top, those faster swimmers will also be advantaged.
On the other hand, as female sperm are a bit slower, to give them best chances you want deep penetration (man on top, woman legs up). And as female sperm tend to live longer, you could try to abstain from intercourse around 4-5 days before the ovulation (14th day on a 28-day cycle), which should give a slightly better chance to female sperm. But increases the chances of failure, should all sperm have died before ovulation.

I think for sure that the man only should be above the woman, when trying to conceive, since his sperm has to travel deep inside the woman. Also, some amount of sucking her breasts would help, (Asian indians believe so) since the man suckles the wife's nipples & helps her in getting prepared to have milk in them.

Guy on top. It's also recommended that the woman put a pillow under her hips for max sperm exposure to the cervix.

Its position irrelevant!!!!! Sperms can enter even if ur below, & yea u can conceive.
