have you not got a mate that is working, give his address?
i do take it that it is job seekers allowance? You have paid in to it, and you want to take out of it, fair play, i was a contractor for years, they sting you with super tax and top rate NI, then treat you like a leper when you want money (mainly just to keep your NI contributions up) while you wait for the next job, that YOU, not them have organised! Please people, don't be commenting on this when you don't know how this man, and millions like him WORK. He is not the lazy tosser who sits on his ar se. He is between contracts. Good luck pal. PS my old man, he retired this year, contractor all his life, NEVER once got a bean off the social, then he got a single persons rebate on his rates, he was over the moon, until he sold his house and they demanded it back! YOU ARE TOO HONEST, DO WHAT THE PEOPLE WHO DONT DESERVE IT DO, LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL! AT LEAST YOU PAID INTO THE POT KID!

all benefits are supplied by the department for work and pensions so even if the benefits you apply for are different to that of your partner they will see it on the system as its all interrelated. people that get caught have to go to court and pay back what they have had if they were found to be claiming fraudulently. if you are not registered at the same address then they probably wont catch you but its whether you decide to go for it. and watch you back as people will shop you if they find out!

Honesty is the best policy. If you work a fiddle, sure as eggs are eggs you'll get caught out. At best they'll then make you pay it all back, and at worst you'll go to prison. The choice, as they say, is yours - and in any case, if you go somewhere for the necessary info, there's always a chance you'll find you're entitled to more than you think anyway!

You sound as in case you have greater desirable than sufficient issues to handle which you're able to qualify for incapacity. you do no longer could take drugs except you come across they hep you and you like them. some prefer to submit with the soreness, have learnt concepts for coping and could desire to experience while it gets worse, which could be masked by some drugs. The ailment is aside style what you're taking. besides the indisputable fact that, incapacity could no longer be undemanding to get. some can mange incredibly properly and get offered it; others have extreme undertaking and can't lead a incredibly accepted existence yet get grew to become down. It is senseless. yet shop on attempting in case you do no longer attain the initiating.

You will be found out, so dont try it be honest. If your partner is on sickness benefits you may find you are entitled to care allowance if your partner needs more than 35 hours care a week. I hope this helps

I understand your situation, I think. What you say may affect her benefits too. I would suggest going to your local Citizens Advice Bureau and get them to work out the consequences.

yes they will pick it up if you sign on at the same address. if you live together and she signs on and you work then you are already breaking the law if they don't know you live there.
however if you sign on at another address you would be fine. Immoral but fine.

Just be honest. If your living with her her level of benifits will prob be cut but this is becasue you are there to support her!

Please stop trying to fiddle the system - it is illegal.
