for last 3months before periods when i suck my breast a whit think come(look like milk) but during periods it doesnt come.i want to know why this happen?

I think we have two questions here.
1. If your man produces a lot of semen - containing sperm, then it is quite normal that you get an 'overflow'.
2. If you are producing milk from your breasts, then you should probably consult a doctor. Producing milk inhibits conception, but shouldn't be regarded as a form of contraception. It's quite possible to conceive whilst lactating. The idea that you can't is an old-wives tale.
Can I ask two questions? 1. How can you suck your own breasts?
2. Why would you want to?

probally from the previous abortions some left over milk, and i think u should concieve olny if u are ready to have a baby and theres no chance u will abort again, you can concieve 12 to 18 days after the first day of ur period

Breasts may secrete fluid for a while, especially after a terminated pregnancy. I would not suggest worrying about it. As for getting pregnant, copulation in the usual way will probably do it within the next year or so.

How old are you? Is this really true? If so you need to be asking a doctor and also get some counseling. You had two abortions.

it might be because you are stressed out that could be possible.But most likely you will get pregnant anything is possible and anything can happenat anytime just make sure you do it at the right time.
