Gosh things people forgot to tell me......... such as being pregnant makes you have a lot of discharge its yucky and there is nothing you can do. your breast will probably leak before you have the baby your boobies arent broken they are supposed to do that. lol. i had no clue i just woke up one morning soaked. with no warning. ewe... also you may not get sick. i havent been sick with either of mine. you might find that you feel wonderful, and i hope you do.

congratulations on your pregnancy, i hope that it all goes well for you.

first of all i hope that you are feeling well & taking your folic acid & B vitamins as that are so very important for the propper development of the nervous system. you can get a general pregnancy vitamin pack that will contain these, dont use regular vitamins as too much vitamin A isnt recomended & we get enough from our diets.

remember that you are pregnant - not ill. its best to go about your normal life - exercise etc is good for you. as you grow or if you get exhaused or sick in the 1st trimester then they are your signals that you need to slow down. but if there are times when you wanna sleep forever, feel like the sickness is all consuming or at the end when time seems to slow down, then try & remember that although it may feel like it at the time - noone can actually stay pregnant forever. LOL

talk to people, ask them about their experiences, share your excitiment & fears - everything you feel or may feel has been felt by millions of wemen before you so you are never alone, and thats great when youve got a problem or just cant wait to meet your baby.

be sure to go to your anti-natal checks, get the blood tests done & take care of your health. heck - i am excited & worried about my next child & im not even trying to get pregnant yet.

education is the best thing - it can help you to understand whats going on in there as well as help you feel more in touch with your developing baby. here is one of the many sites that describes pregnancy in its stages;

Not every woman has morning sickness. Expect your rib cage to expand (your heart enlarges to accommodate the increased blood supply needed by the baby. Expect to be hungry and do try to eat every three hours and NO JUNK FOOD cuz it will just make you feel yucky. Practice good nutrition not only because you are growing a baby but also because you will pass on your nutritional habits to your child.

Morning sickness sucks! Just try and relax and take it easy. Nature will take it's course. I've had three kids and I've managed to survive.

you should be hitting morning sickness soon... remember this always: if the smell of something nauseates you... get away from it or dont eat it! trust me on this!
